Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ListNGo platform, including the website at app.listngo.ai, any associated mobile experience, and all related services operated under the ListNGo name (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using ListNGo, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered users, guests, sellers, buyers, dealers, agents and any other visitors.

ListNGo is an online classified marketplace operated by PT ListNGo Global Digital, based in Bali, Indonesia. The Platform enables users to browse, post and enquire about listings across categories including property, vehicles (cars and motorbikes), business opportunities and other goods and services.

ListNGo is a platform intermediary. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, ListNGo is not the owner, seller, landlord, agent, broker or guarantor of any listed item or property. ListNGo facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction between them.

ListNGo does not hold funds, manage escrow (except where a dedicated escrow feature is explicitly offered), or guarantee the completion of any sale, rental or business transaction initiated through the Platform.

To access certain features of ListNGo — including posting listings, contacting sellers, saving favourites and managing your activity — you must create a user account.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ListNGo is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or post a listing on ListNGo.

When you post a listing on ListNGo, you are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and completeness of the listing information, including title, description, price and category.
• All photos, images and media submitted as part of the listing.
• Ensuring you have the legal right to sell, rent or offer the item or property described.
• Keeping the listing up to date and removing it when the item is no longer available.

ListNGo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Edit, reject, suspend or permanently remove any listing for any reason, including listings that are misleading, spammy, incomplete or in violation of these Terms.
• Re-categorise listings if posted in the wrong category.
• Request additional supporting information or documentation from a lister.
• Moderate user-generated content for quality and compliance.

ListNGo may also use AI-assisted tools to suggest improvements to listing titles and descriptions. Any AI-generated suggestions are provided as a convenience and remain the responsibility of the listing owner.

You agree not to use ListNGo to:

• Post false, misleading or fraudulent listings.
• Impersonate any person, business or organisation.
• Post spam, duplicate listings or low-quality content in bad faith.
• Engage in scams, phishing, advance fee fraud or any other deceptive practice.
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights or privacy of any third party.
• List prohibited, illegal or regulated items or services (including but not limited to: weapons, controlled substances, stolen goods, counterfeit products, or items subject to regulatory restrictions).
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform by automated means without prior written consent.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable Indonesian or international law.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, listing removal or other enforcement action at ListNGo's discretion.

ListNGo is a connection platform. All negotiations, transactions and agreements are made directly between buyers and sellers. ListNGo is not responsible for:

• The quality, condition, legality or authenticity of any listed item or property.
• Whether a seller has the legal right to sell or transfer an item.
• The outcome of any negotiation, offer or transaction between users.
• Delivery, handover or completion of any sale or rental agreement.
• The conduct, reliability or identity of any buyer or seller on the Platform.

Users are strongly advised to carry out their own due diligence before completing any transaction — including verifying ownership documents, meeting sellers in person, inspecting physical assets and seeking independent legal or financial advice where appropriate.

ListNGo does not guarantee payment security for transactions conducted outside of any explicitly offered ListNGo escrow feature. Any payment made directly between a buyer and seller is at the user's own risk.

Basic listing and browsing on ListNGo may be available free of charge. ListNGo also offers, or may in future offer, paid features and services including but not limited to:

• Featured or promoted listings
• Sponsored placement and advertising packages
• Subscription plans for dealers or business users
• Token or credit-based features for enhanced listing tools
• Premium platform tools and analytics

All fees for paid features will be clearly communicated before payment is required. ListNGo reserves the right to change its pricing structure, introduce new paid features or adjust existing plans at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

Any paid features are governed by the specific terms presented at the time of purchase. Refunds, if available, will be as stated at the time of the relevant transaction.

All intellectual property in the ListNGo Platform — including its branding, logo, software, design, codebase, and original content — is owned by or licensed to ListNGo. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any ListNGo-owned material without prior written permission.

By submitting listings, photos or other content to ListNGo, you confirm you own or have the right to use that content, and you grant ListNGo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, host, reproduce and use your submitted content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

This licence ends when you delete your content from the Platform, except where copies have been made for backup, archival or promotional purposes prior to deletion.

The ListNGo Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ListNGo makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness or reliability of any listing or user-generated content.
• Uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the Platform.
• The fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListNGo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses arising from transactions, reliance on listing information, platform downtime, or the conduct of other users.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ListNGo, its operators, directors, employees and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform in breach of these Terms.
• Any listing, content or information you submit to the Platform.
• Any transaction, dispute or claim between you and another user.
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

ListNGo reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any user account, remove any listing, or restrict access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, where ListNGo reasonably believes that:

• A user has breached these Terms.
• An account or listing has been involved in fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity.
• Continued access poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the Platform.

Users who believe their account or listing has been incorrectly suspended may contact ListNGo at [email protected] to request a review.

ListNGo may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, applicable law or our operating practices. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users — for example by updating the effective date shown at the top of this page or by in-app notification.

Your continued use of ListNGo after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Platform.
